Payments, returns & refund |

Payments
- All international payments are excepted through PayPal account which
takes all credit card details and process the payment. I will be notified
after the payment is received by e-mail and ship your goods within three working
days.
- Australian payments are excepted by
PayPal, Cash, Money Order or direct bank
deposit . If you wish to pay by credit card, please use PayPal shopping
basket. All stocked items will be shipped within two working days after
receiving your payment . All items made to order will be shipped within one week
of receiving your payment unless otherwise agreed on.
- Digital files are available for
download next day. I will e-mail you URL
to all files you have purchased.
Requested files will be available for a
period of one week and deleted after.
Please note that I will not be liable for delays occurred because of postal
service of your country.
Return & Refund Policy

All items
are confirmed first with customer before proceeding with order therefore we
do not offer a refund for returns of all items purchased due to
customer error.

There is
no refund for digital files as they are easy to copy.

We offer
refund for damaged, defective items or if item is described incorrectly

Customers are responsible for shipping any
returned products
and accept all risk of loss in shipment for the
product being returned. The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the
shipping company, not to auntypear.com, therefore all shipping fees
are NON-REFUNDABLE.

No COD or
Freight collect returns will be accepted. All customers must pay for postage
of returned items. We however will bear the cost for postage of
replacement items if such replacement us due to damaged or defective goods.

Modifying
a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the
product and will void the refund

Refunds
will be issued after receiving the returned item in original condition with
all free gifts or items if applicable.

Funds are
not refundable after 30 day period.

There is
no refund for digital items as they are easy to copy. But we keep prices low
for your pleasure and convenience.
